を示す縦断側面図、第５図は従来の流体軸受装置
を示す縦断側面図である。 図中、１０は油槽、１２は油槽の内周面、１４
は油槽の底面、２０は軸受部材、２１は軸受面、
３０は軸、３１は軸の凸形面、３２は動圧発生用
みぞ、４０はボール、５０，５１はそれぞれボー
ルが集合したときのすきま、Ｏは油槽内の底面の
中心、αは最小個数のボールを配設したときに形
成される円周方向すきまの中心角である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軸の端部を動圧形流体軸受を介して軸方向に支
    持する軸受部材を油槽内に配設し、油槽内の底面
    と軸受部材との間にボールを配設してなる流体軸
    受装置において、前記油槽内の底面と軸受部材と
    の間ですべてのボール同士が互いに接触状態で集
    合して円周方向のすきまが１個所あいたとき、少
    なくともボールが１個入り得る広さのすきまであ
    つて、集合したボールのうち油槽の内周面に接す
    る円周方向両端のボールの油槽内周面に対する各
    接点と、油槽内の底面の中心とを結ぶ二つの直線
    によつて挾まれる角度が１２０度に満たない広さ
    のすきまが形成されることを特徴とする流体軸受
    装置。
