固定デイスクに可動デイスクを重ね合わせると共
に、この可動デイスクに上記流入孔と流出孔とを
連通する連通溝を形成したものに於て、この連通
溝を略まがたま状に形成すると共に、その先端部
分に先端に向かつて徐々に浅くなるテーパを設け
た事を特徴とするガス制御弁。 A movable disk is superimposed on a fixed disk in which an inflow hole and an outflow hole are bored at a predetermined interval, and a communication groove is formed in the movable disk to communicate the inflow hole and the outflow hole.
