Claims (1)
- 弁装置の弁開度を電流と比例して制御し流体の
流量または、圧力を制御する電磁比例弁用ソレノ
イドに於いて、可動鉄心を軸方向に移動可能に密
閉されたチユーブアツセンブリーの一端に、外気
につながる空気抜き用螺子穴と、該螺子穴にはシ
ールワツシヤーを介してボルトを締め付け具備し
たストツパーを有し、しかも該ストツパーの内側
形状を先細りの円錐状に形成し、内部にたまつた
空気が空気抜き操作時に抜け易くしたことを特徴
とする電磁比例弁用ソレノイド。
