Claims (1)
- 給気孔と排気孔を具備したケースと、該ケース
内に設けたオゾン発生器とオゾン分解器と空気循
環フアンとから成り、前記オゾン発生器は誘電体
板に電極を形成することによつて構成し、前記給
気孔から流入した空気を前記オゾン分解器に案内
する様配置されていることを特徴とする脱臭装置
。
