Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 ワークピースをまず加熱し次いで冷却するた
    めの連続式処理炉であつて、保護ガスを有する加
    熱炉部位と、冷却部位と、加熱炉部位でワークピ
    ースを搬送する第1ベルトコンベヤと、冷却部位
    でワークピースを搬送する第2ベルトコンベヤを
    備え、第1ベルトコンベヤと第2ベルトコンベヤ
    が構造的に分離されていて立体的にずらされた異
    なる平面上に配置されるとともに折曲げられた状
    態になつており、そこで保護ガスに対してガス密
    になるように通路を介して第1ベルトコンベヤと
    第2ベルトコンベヤが互いに接続されており、そ
    の通路にシユートが設けられており、ワークピー
    スが、このシユートに沿つて案内されて加熱炉部
    位のベルトコンベヤの終端部から冷却部位のベル
    トコンベヤの始端部に重力の作用により送られる
    構成にしたことを特徴とする連続式処理炉。 2 加熱炉部位と冷却部位とが、対向するベルト
    コンベヤ搬送方向を有する平面図で見てU字形の
    配置形式により、互いに隣り合つて位置せしめら
    れていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第1項記載の連続式処理炉。 3 加熱炉部位が第1ベルトコンベヤの終端部に
    向つて上り勾配を呈するように配置されているこ
    とを特徴とする前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
    項または第2項のいずれか1項に記載の連続式処
    理炉。 4 加熱炉部位が水平方向を示すように配置され
    ており、冷却部位が加熱炉部位の下方で水平方向
    を示すように配置されていることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第1項〜第3項のいずれか
    1項に記載の連続式処理炉。 5 加熱炉部位が水平方向を示すように配置され
    ており、冷却部位が加熱炉部位の下方で搬送方向
    に向つて上り勾配を呈するように配置されている
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
    〜第4項のいずれか1項に記載の連続式処理炉。 6 ワークピースがその搬送方向に対し斜めのラ
    インに沿つて位置するようにベルトコンベヤ上に
    配置されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第1項〜第5項のいずれか1項に記載の
    連続式処理炉。
