図中、2は分圧回路、5は基準電圧発生回路、
6は比較検出回路、7は基準電圧制御回路、8は
表示回路、9はオフセツト回路である。尚、図中
同一あるいは相当部品には同一符号を付して示し
てある。

圧を発生する基準電圧発生回路と、上記分圧回路
から分圧された電圧と上記基準電圧発生回路より
出力される電圧とを比較し、両者の差の電圧を検
出する比較検出回路と、比較検出回路で検出され
た前記差の電圧が小さくなる様に上記基準電圧発
生回路を制御する基準電圧制御回路と、基準電圧
に対応した直流オフセツト電圧を表示する表示回
路と、上記分圧回路から分圧されて電圧と上記基
準電圧発生回路より出力される電圧により直流オ
フセツトを無くす為のオフセツト回路とを備えた
