変の基準電圧を発生する基準電圧発生回路ＶＳ、
負荷が接続されるＨ端子とＬ端子、基準電圧発生
回路ＶＳの出力端が一方の入力端に接続され出力
端が前記Ｈ端子に接続されると共にＨ，Ｌ端子間
に発生する出力電圧に対応した電圧が他方の入力
端に加えられる演算増幅器で構成された誤差増幅
器、及びその出力端に一対のツエナーダイオード
が接続されると共に一方の入力端子に可変抵抗器
Ｒｖを介して安定電圧が加えられてなる反転形増
幅器Ａ２で構成された零点調整回路ＯＣを具備し
、前記Ｌ端子と反転形増幅器Ａ２の他方の入力端
との間を基準コモン電位線ＳＧで接続すると共に
、反転形増幅器Ａ２の出力端と基準電圧発生回路
ＶＳとをシグナル・グランド線ＳＧ′で接続した
