Claims (1)
- 色分解プリズムを保持するセラミツクス製のプ
リズムベースの各光出射面側および固体撮像素子
または固体撮像素子組立体の取付け面側にそれぞ
れメタライジング法によつて金属被膜を被着して
なり、前記金属被膜が被着された前記光出射面お
よび前記取付け面の少なくとも一方の面をＶ溝と
し、このＶ溝にて半田付け可能な球状体を介して
前記プリズムベースの各光出射面側と前記固体撮
像素子または固体撮像素子組立体の取付け面側と
を半田で互いに接合したことを特徴とする固体撮
像素子の固定構造。
