Claims (1)
- 入力ポート、弁室、ダイアフラム室および圧力
ポートの順に流体を通過させ、該出力ポートの圧
力が一定値になつたとき、該ダイアフラム室内の
該出力圧力でダイアフラムを作動させ、それによ
つて弁体を閉じる圧力調整器において、前記ダイ
アフラムの一方の面側には弁室内で弁本体中の弁
座に係合する弁体を結合し、該ダイアフラムの他
方の面側にはダイアフラムで区画されたダイアフ
ラム室の外側でステムとバネ受を結合し、かつ、
該バネ受けは圧縮バネで弾圧されることを特徴と
する圧力調器。
