バと、上記ステツピングモータに駆動信号を供給
する制御部とを具備し、この制御部は制御部に供
給される電源電圧が設定電圧以下になると上記駆
動信号の周波数を小さくして上記ステツピングモ
ータの駆動トルクを上げることを特徴とする減衰
