Claims (1)
- 目標値に対する実際のパルス信号の偏差を演算
する演算部と、演算部で演算された偏差信号をア
ナログ信号に変換するデジタル・アナログ変換器
と、アナログ信号に変換された偏差信号に応じた
周波数のパルス信号を出力する電圧・周波数変換
器と、電圧・周波数変換器から出力されたパルス
信号を実際のパルス信号としてカウントし上記演
算部にフイードバツクするカウンタとを有してな
るパルスジエネレータ。
