Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 吸着式ガス精製装置において、加熱媒体また
は冷却媒体用の通路と、被処理ガス用の通路とを
仕切板を介して形成するとともに、この仕切板の
被処理ガス用通路側に吸着剤を付着させたことを
特徴とする吸着式ガス精製装置。 ２ 被処理ガス用通路は、その内部区画を仕切る
高熱伝導性の仕切材が具備されており、この仕切
材の表面に吸着剤を付着させたことを特徴とする
特許請求の範囲第１項記載の吸着式ガス精製装置
。 ３ 上記吸着剤は、接着剤による接着によつて仕
切板に付着されていることを特徴とする特許請求
の範囲第１項または第２項記載の吸着式ガス精製
装置。
