Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 円筒状のケーシング１と、それに共軸状の
    内部ロータ２を持ち、該ロータ２に設けた解繊刃
    ３の間に１列若しくは複数列のスペーサ４を前記
    ケーシング１に設けて解繊機構部とし、ケーシン
    グ１内に原料投入口５から投入された原料をロー
    タ２と共に回転する解繊刃３によつて移送しなが
    らスペーサ４とで解繊処理し、その解繊した原料
    を排出口６から導出するようにしたデイスパーサ
    ーにおいて、前記ケーシング１は固定ケーシング
    １２と可動ケーシング１１とからなり、前記スペ
    ーサ４のある可動ケーシング１１を回転可能に固
    定ケーシング１２に連接すると共に、該可動ケー
    シング１１を前記内部ロータ２の回転方向の少な
    くとも反対方向に回転するように駆動伝達部７を
    介して駆動機８に連絡して成るデイスパーサー。 (2) 前記解繊刃３が、送り刃と返し刃とからな
    り、それぞれ分割ロータ２に備え、送り刃の間に
    １列若しくは複数列の返し刃をロータ軸１０に着
    脱自在に備えたものである実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載のデイスパーサー。 (3) 前記スペーサ４が、前記可動ケーシング１
    １    と固定ケーシング１２の内周面から延出された
    カツタであつて、ケーシング１に着脱自在に配備
    されているものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項又は第２項記載のデイスパーサー。 (4) 前記ロータ２が、ロータ軸１０の嵌装され
    るホルダー部を持ち、解繊刃３と一体に形成され
    、前記原料投入口５の近傍に移送用スクリユー１
    １を備えてロータ軸１０に連接したものである実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１〜３項のいずれか一つ
    の項記載のデイスパーサー。
