Claims (1)
- キユービクル内に装備された半導体ユニツトに
設けられたユニツト側コネクタと、このユニツト
側コネクタに接続されるキユービクル側コネクタ
と、前記キユービクル内に設けられ所定の間隙を
保持して前記キユービクル側コネクタを取付ける
絶縁材と、前記キユービクル内に設けられた固定
バーと前記キユービクル側コネクタとの間を連結
する可撓性導体とを備えたことを特徴とするコネ
クタ接続機構。
