- 高周波電波が供給される加熱室と、この加熱室
の開口部を閉塞するドアとを備えた高周波加熱装
置に於いて、前記ドアには透明な導電性被膜がコ
ーテイングされた透明なフイルムを透明板の両面
に貼付けて成る導電性透明板を有することを特徴
とする高周波加熱装置。
