Claims (1)
- モータ２の回転軸３に円盤状の研磨体４を固定
するようにした研磨機において、前記研磨体４を
支持体５に固定し、該支持体５と前記回転軸３と
の一方に筒軸７を、他方に前記筒軸７に挿嵌可能
な嵌合軸８をそれぞれ設けると共に、前記筒軸７
に、該筒軸７の遊端に開口し且つ該筒軸７の軸方
向に延びる第１ガイド溝７１と、該第１ガイド溝
７１に連通し且つ該第１ガイド溝７１から前記回
転軸３の回転方向とは逆方向に延びる第２ガイド
溝７２とを形成し、また前記嵌合軸８に、前記第
１、第２ガイド溝７１，７２に嵌合するピン８０
を設ける一方、前記支持体５を前記回転軸３に対
し軸方向に押圧するスプリング６を前記筒軸７内
に設けたことを特徴とする研磨機。
