２と外筒１との間に弾性体３を設け、外筒１の後
端より突出するノツク部４を筆記軸体２の後方部
に被着し、外筒１内でこのノツク部４を係止せし
め、外筒１内のノツク部４の部分に軸方向溝５を
設け、この軸方向溝５内に係止突部６を設け、ノ
ツク部４の外周には軸方向溝５に沿うロツク部７
とノツク部４に沿うガイド部８を支点部９で連接
したロツク部材１０を嵌装し、支点部９より一方
のロツク部７部分外面に外筒１の孔１１より突出
する操作子１２を設け、他方のロツク部７部分内
面にはノツク部４をノツクした際、ノツク部４の
係止突部６が係止される係止鉤部１３を設けると
共に、外筒１の内面にこの係止鉤部１３の逃げ１
