Claims (1)
- ステアリングシヤフトがアツパーシヤフトとロ
アシヤフトからなり、かつ、その両者が軸方向で
互いにセレーシヨン部を介して収納可能に嵌合す
るとともに、そのセレーシヨン部に摺接するスチ
ールボールが介装され、該ステアリングシヤフト
を軸方向に嵌合するアツパーチユーブとロアチユ
ーブとからなるコラムジヤケツトが、そのいずれ
か一方の端部内周面に爪部を突設し、該爪部が他
方の端部外周面に摺接すべく軸方向で互いに嵌合
してなる車両用ステアリングコラム装置において
、前記コラムジヤケツトの嵌合部において外側の
チユーブ端部に環状弾性部材を装着するとともに
、内側のチユーブ端部の近傍には、その環状弾性
部材から前記スチールボールが摺動する長さに略
等しい間隔をおいて漸次径を大きくした径大部が
形成されてなることを特徴とする車両用ステアリ
ングコラム装置。
