Claims (1)
- 圧子を試料に押圧し、圧子の荷重及び圧子の試
料への侵入量を測定して試料の硬さを測定する硬
さ試験機において、圧子を上下動するための負荷
装置を駆動する圧電素子と、該圧電素子に加える
ための任意の電圧波形を発生する電圧制御装置と
を設けたことを特徴とする硬さ試験機の負荷制御
装置。
