  1. 絶縁基板上に導電体膜による、回路配線および
    集積回路ペレツトをマウントするためのマウント
    ランドが形成されてなる混成集積回路用配線基板
    において、前記マウントランドの周囲にこのマウ
    ントランドに付着されたマウント剤がマウントラ
    ンド外に流れ出して他の配線とシヨートするのを
    防ぐためのダミーパターンまたは前記マウントラ
    ンドと同電位のパターンが設けられていることを
    特徴とする混成集積回路用配線基板。
