- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 固体撮像素子を収納したパツケージの上面に透
明な取付部材が、固体撮像素子に撮像させての画
像処理による位置検出をしながらの位置決めによ
つて取付部材の位置合せ用基準部が固体撮像素子
に対して所定の位置関係にされた状態で接着され
てなる ことを特徴とする固体撮像装置。
