Claims (1)
- プリント配線板に施した半田肉盛を平面に処理
するエアーナイフであつて、左右略対称形状のチ
ヤンバを対面してネジ止めし、長手方向にスリツ
トを形成したノズル部を有し、かつエアー供給口
を備えたエアーナイフ本体において、前記スリツ
トを形成するために前記チヤンバのノズル部近傍
の合わせ面に長手方向に所定の間隔で突出された
スペーサとなるボスをエアの流れ方向に対して流
線形状としたことを特徴とするプリント配線板半
田メツキ処理用のエアーナイフ。
