  1. 正特性サーミスタ素子を備え、この正特性サー
    ミスタ素子の一面にセラミツク圧電振動子を配置
    し、セラミツク圧電振動子の周囲に所要の振動空
    間が存する状態でこのセラミツク圧電振動子と正
    特性サーミスタ素子とを同一の外装材で被覆した
    ことを特徴とする圧電振動部品。
