ンクで連結されてなる可動部材と、該可動部材を
リンク回動させるペダル部材と、該ペダル部材と
可動部材に装備されたローラーと、を配設したこ
とを特徴とする厨房機器。 (2) 前記ペダル部材には、ストツパ機構が付設
されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の厨房機器。
