- ハウジングに突出して設けられた外筒部と、こ
の外筒部の先端部付近で支持され且つ該外筒部内
を駆動されて軸方向に移動する移動部材とを備え
、上記支持部の外筒部と移動部材との間に弾性体
を介在させたことを特徴とするアクチユエータ。
