第１図は本考案の一実施例を示す絶縁コアの平
面図、第２図は本考案の絶縁コアが小型モータの
ロータに実装されたときの状態を示す実装図、第
３図は小型モータのロータの構造を示す構造図、
第４図は従来の絶縁コアの平面図である。 図中、１はシヤフト、２はコミユテータ、３は
鉄心、４はコイル、５は絶縁コア、５１はＴ字形
突状部、５２は環状部、５３は貫通部、５４は折
曲げ突起部、５５は支持部、５６は突出部である
。

曲げ突起部、５５は支持部、５６は突出部である

Claims (1)
- ロータの鉄心の断面積形状に対応して設けられ
るＴ字形突状部と、このＴ字形突状部を支持する
支持部と、この支持部の中心位置に設けられるシ
ヤフトを貫通するための貫通部とを備えるプラス
チツクシートの打抜加工によりフイルム状で形成
される小型モータのロータの絶縁コアにおいて、
上記支持部に、ロータのコイルの巻き方向とおお
よそ平行をなすようにと形成される縁部を備える
突出部を設けるとともに、ロータのコイルが接す
ることになる上記Ｔ字形突状部の内側縁部と上記
突出部の縁部に、折曲げ突起部を形成してなるこ
とを特徴とする小型モータのロータの絶縁コア。
