Claims (1)
- 被調理物を揚げる油槽の油を循環させる循環管
路を油槽外に設け、外管と内管とよりなる二重管
の熱交換部を上記循環路に形成し、内管内を加熱
部とすると共に内管と外管との間を油の通路とし
、内管の外面及び油槽の内面に遠赤外線放射層を
形成して成るフライヤー。
