- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外容器２の内部において、その上部に本体
３１と蓋体３２とからなる内容器３に食品を充填
して収容し、下部に発熱容器４を置いてなり、外
容器２は、その上部にスリツト２１を設け、外周
側面を断熱性のシユリンクフイルム５で被覆して
あり、発熱容器４は、その上部にマグネシウムま
たはアルミニウムの可溶性塩を添加した水４１を
充填した水容器４２を収納し、下部に生石灰４３
を収納してある本体４４と、蓋体４５とからなり
、蓋体は発熱条件下に接着力を失う接着剤を用い
て本体に接着してあり、外容器２の外部から水容
器４２を開封する手段４６をそなえた加熱食品容
器１。 (2) 内容器３として、ピラードカツプを使用し
た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の加熱食
品容器１。
