えたシリンダ８と、前記のノズル本体７を後退さ
せる方向に付勢する如く介装されたばね９とを有
し、前記のシリンダヘツド８ａの開口８ｂに、突
出時のノズル本体７の位置が固定するまで前記の
噴出口７ａまたは開口８ｂからの噴出水を抑制す
るジエツト水流を噴出する切欠部８ｃを形成した
