シヨンスプリングによつてベルトにテンシヨンを
付与することのできるアイドラを有し、該アイド
ラの底壁には穴が設けられるとともに、該穴を自
由に通るボルトに摺動可能に取りつけられた摩擦
板が該アイドラの底壁面に対向して配置され、そ
して該ボルトが固定壁に螺着されるとともにフリ
クシヨンスプリングが該ボルトの回りに取りつけ
られて前記摩擦板を前記アイドラの底壁面に対し
て押圧し、さらに該ボルトにはスナツプリングが
取りつけられ、該スナツプリングと該ボルトの頭
部との間に前記摩擦板と前記フリクシヨンスプリ
ングとを担持するようにしたことを特徴とする摩
