Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 圧電振動子を設けた振動板と、前記振動板
を保持する円筒状のヘツド部を有するケースとを
備えた圧電センサーにおいて、前記ヘツド部の外
周面に螺施状の突起を形成したことを特徴とする
圧電センサー。 (2) 突起はくさび状の断面をもつている実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の圧電センサー。
