の検査装置において、顕微鏡の対物レンズ側に設
けられ、ブラウン管面に密着されたとき密閉構造
となる吸着部と、 この吸着部に設けられ、ブラウン管面上にこれ
を密着させるための吸着パツドと、 この吸着パツド内に設けられ、互いに90°異
なる方向へ電子ビームを偏位させるための2組の
コイルより成る偏向コイルと、 ブラウン管面上に前記吸着部を吸着固定するた
めの吸気孔と、 前記偏向コイルに流す直流電流の方向を各々独
立に切換えできる切換スイツチとを有して構成し
たことを特徴とするブラウン管検査装置。 (2) 顕微鏡を前記吸着パツドの中心から端部へ
ずらせて配置したことを特徴とする実用新案登録
