- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ＩＣパツケージのリードピンの間に基板配線を
１本だけ通す寸法に構成された面実装パツケージ
において、 上記ＩＣパツケージの互いに向かい合つたリー
ドピンの位置をリードピツチの１／２ずらせて配
列したことを特徴とする面実装パツケージ。
