  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上面が開放し長手方向の上面の長さに比し

    面および内壁をテーパ面に形成した基体と、 上記基体の内壁で両端を担持される主面に電極
    を形成した圧電体と、 上記基体の内壁から外壁のテーパ面にわたつて
    形成し上記圧電体の電極に接続された電極膜と、 上記基体の上面を気密に封止する蓋体とを具備
    することを特徴とする圧電振動子。 (2) 上記外壁のテーパ面を端面の全幅にわたつ
    て形成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の圧電振動子。 (3) 上記外壁のテーパ面を端面の中央部に形成
    したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
