- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ヘツド基板２のうちプラテン１５に対向する該
表側に発熱部３を設ける一方、裏側にｌＣチツプ
１１を取付けるとともに、 上記ヘツド基板２に設けたスルーホール８，９
内の導電材によつて、上記発熱部３の電極６，７
と上記ＩＣチツプ１１の電極１１ａ，１１ｂとを
導通したことを特徴とするサーマルヘツド。
