上記回転テーブルと上記ベース部材のうちの他方
側に設けられしかも該回転テーブルの回転方向に
おいて上記係止部材の爪部が係入可能な受部を備
えた受部材と、該係止部材と該受部材との間に設
けられて両者を回転テーブルの回転軸方向におい
て相互に係合させる如く付勢する付勢手段とを有
する揺動規制機構が設けられていることを特徴と
