第１図はこの考案に係るコアドリルの一実施例
を示した正面図、第２図は同底面図、第３図は第
１図の―線断面図、第４図は円筒形の錐本体
を展開してこのコアドリルの先端部の一部を示し
た拡大展開図である。 １……コアドリル、２……錐本体、２ａ……先
端縁、３……超硬合金製の切刃、４……切削作用
部がダイヤモンド製である切刃、４ａ……ダイヤ
モンド製の刃部、４ｂ……刃台。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 円筒状の錐本体の先端部に適宜数の硬質の切
刃が取付けられているコアドリルであつて、上記
硬質の切刃が、錐本体の先端部に適宜間隔おきに
取付けられた超硬合金製の多数の切刃と、任意の
上記超硬合金製の切刃の間に配して、夫々、同じ
く錐本体の先端部に取付けられた、少なくともそ
の切削作用部がダイヤモンド製である複数個の切
刃とでもつて構成されていること、を特徴とする
コアドリル。 ２ その切削作用部がダイヤモンド製である複数
個の前記切刃が、錐本体の先端部において、任意
の超硬合金製の切刃間に配して、夫々、各一個宛
取付けられている、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項に記載のコアドリル。 ３ 前記超硬合金製の切刃が錐本体の先端部に等
間隔に取付けられていて、その切削作用部がダイ
ヤモンド製である前記複数個の切刃が、錐本体の
先端部において、ｎ本（ｎは正整数）おきの前記
超硬合金製の切刃の間に配して、夫々、各一個宛
取付けられている、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項又は第２項に記載のコアドリル。 ４ 少なくとも切削作用部がダイヤモンド製であ
る前記切刃の刃先の錐本体の先端縁からの突出高
さの方が、前記超硬合金製の切刃の刃先の錐本体
の先端縁からの突出高さよりも、若干高く形成さ
れている、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項〜３項
の何れか一つの項に記載のコアドリル。
