- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (イ) ロツドレンズ（棒状レンズ）の外径を精度
良く丸目る。 (ロ) ロツドレンズの長さ、肉厚を決める。 (ハ) ロツドレンズの外径より、少し大きめの穴
をあけた、穴あき円筒形治具をつくる。 (ニ) ロツドレンズと穴あき円筒形治具を、接着
固定し、一端をそろえる。 (ホ) カーブジエネレーターで、ロツドレンズを
中心とした治具の外径研削を行ない、同時に、Ｒ
値（＋あるいは−）研削を行なう。 (ヘ) 治具の外周をチヤツクでくわえて、治具の
外周の一端からロツドレンズの中心に向つて、ラ
ツピングを行なう。 (ト) 治具の外周をチヤツクでくわえて、治具の
外周の一端からロツドレンズの中心に向つて、ポ
リツシングを行なう。 以上の如く構成された、内視鏡ロツドレンズの
加工方法。
