力を減速させる減速歯車装置とが軸方向に並んだ
アクチユエータにおいて、前記減速歯車装置は、
モータにより回転させられ楕円形状であるウエー
ブジエネレータと、該ウエーブジエネレータの外
側に嵌合され外側に歯部を有するリング状のフレ
クスプラインと、該フレクスプラインの外側に配
置され、フレクスプラインの歯部に噛合し且つ該
歯部と異なる歯数である歯部を内周に有するサー
キユラスプラインと、このサーキユラスプライン
に並べてフレクスプラインの外側に配置され、フ
レクスプラインの歯部に噛合し且つ該歯部と同一
の歯数である歯部を内周に有するダイナミツクス
プラインとを有するフラツト型減速歯車装置であ
り、前記モータ軸心部及び減速歯車装置のウエー
ブジエネレータが、中空に形成されていることを
