- 波長選択用プリズムの側面を弾性的に保持する
プリズムホルダを有する内部ミラー形レーザ管に
おいて、前記プリズムの側面に溝を設け、該溝に
対応して前記プリズムホルダに設けた突起部を該
溝に嵌合しプリズムを固定することを特徴とする
内部ミラー形レーザ管。
