    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 中央部に内室を２室に画成するコントロールダ
    イヤフラムおよびこのコントロールダイヤフラム
    の両側方に断面波形状のバツクアツプ面に対向す
    るバリアダイヤフラムを有する検出器ボデイを備
    え、この検出器ボデイにコントロールダイヤフラ
    ム側およびバリアダイヤフラム側に開口する圧力
    伝達液案内用の細孔を設け、この細孔のバリアダ
    イヤフラム側開口位置を前記バツクアツプ面の最
    外周谷底に位置付けたことを特徴とする圧力・差
    圧発信器。
