Claims (1)
- 酸化物超電導体を具備してなる超電導ケーブル
、超電導コイル、あるいは、酸化物超電導回路を
具備してなる超電導素子などの超電導部材が、中
空の収納体の内部に収納体の内面との間に空隙を
あけて収納され、収納体の内部には、酸化物超電
導体の超電導特性の劣化を防止する不活性ガス、
酸素ガスなどのガスと液体窒素などの液体の少な
くとも一方が充填されてなることを特徴とする酸
化物超電導材。
