、および当該冷却フインの熱抵抗と熱時定数とか
ら、この冷却フインと周囲との間の時間的に変化
する温度差を求める手段と、別途設定され、また
は検出される周囲温度に、前記半導体スイツチ素
子接合部・冷却フイン間温度差と、前記冷却フイ
ン・周囲間の時間的に変化する温度差とを加算す
る手段と、この加算結果が所定値以上のときに、
前記電力変換装置に流れる電流を減少させる保護
手段とを備えていることを特徴とする、電力変換
装置の保護装置。
