Claims (1)
- 軸心を垂直とし設立され上端及び下端を大きく
開口した釜体と、該釜体の上端開口部を密閉する
上蓋と、該上蓋を前記釜体に固着する連結手段と
、前記釜体に設けられ前記上蓋を釣り上げそのま
ま水平旋回可能な釣り上げ旋回部材と、前記釜体
の下端開口部を密閉するとともに収容物を受ける
さな板、蒸気ノズル並びに油、エキス取出口を有
する下蓋と、該下蓋を前記釜体に固着する連結手
段と、前記釜体に設けられ前記下蓋を開閉させる
開閉手段と、前記釜体の側面の少なくとも長手方
向に配設された多数個の蒸気ノズルとを備えてな
ることを特徴とする蒸煮釜。
