- 被冷却物の上部にラミナタンクを配し、該ラミ
ナタンク下部にノズルを配してなるラミナ装置に
おいて、前記ラミナタンク内の水面から水面高さ
の1/2までの間に造波抵抗材を配することを特徴
とするスリツトラミナ装置。
