３はステンレスロール、４は急冷凝固材、９はＡ
ｒガス供給源、１２はベルト装置、１５はステン
レスベルトである。

Claims (1)
- 先端に射出口を有するノズルと、ノズル内に装
入される金属を加熱溶融する加熱手段と、溶融金
属を射出口から射出させるべくノズル内を加圧す
る加圧手段と、射出口に近接して設けられ、射出
口から射出される溶融金属を冷却する駆動回転可
能な冷却ロールとを備える急冷凝固装置において
、前記冷却ロール表面に近接させ、かつ前記ノズ
ルの射出口から冷却ロールの回転方向前方にかけ
て回転運動可能に冷却ベルトを設けたことを特徴
とする急冷凝固装置。
