    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. レーザ発振器1より発振された直線偏光ビーム
    を複数のミラー2によりノズル本体10に導びく
    と共に、ノズル本体10に設けられたレンズ4に
    より被加工材6上へ集光して被加工材6を切断す
    るものにおいて、上記ノズル本体10に、直線偏
    光ビームの偏光方向を被加工材6の切断方向に一
    致させる偏光方向制御機構7を設けてなるレーザ
    加工装置。
