応じて上記通風路の通過風量を調整する送風量制
御手段とを具備し、通過風量が設定風量より大き
い場合に送風量を減少させ、通過風量が設定風量
より小さい場合に送風量を増大させ、送風量制御
手段の送風能力が最大に達した場合にフイルタ部
材の目詰り信号を出力することを特徴とするフイ
