Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ガスを０°Ｃ近くの温度域まで冷却して熱交換
器に結露させ、さらに霧状の水分を除去するミス
トセパレーターにて除湿するガスの脱水装置にお
いて、 被除湿ガス通路と前記通路を一旦出た冷却被除
湿ガスを再度熱交換して昇温させる戻りガス通路
とを、被除湿ガス通路上流側で向流配置し、被除
湿ガス通路と冷媒通路とを被除湿ガス通路下流側
で向流配置した前記通路組を所要段数積層したプ
レートフイン型熱交換器にて構成し、 前記被除湿ガス通路出口と戻りガス通路入口間
に、ミストセパレーターを配置したことを特徴と
するガスの脱水装置。
