Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 貫通する流路に形成された弁座を開閉可能な弁
体を有し、その弁体を軸方向へ移動可能に案内す
る弁軸を備えた制御弁と、 直線運動する出力軸を備え、その出力軸により
前記制御弁の弁軸を駆動して前記制御弁を開閉可
能に設けられたモータと、からなる流量制御弁に
おいて、 前記制御弁の弁軸は、前記モータの出力軸に相
対する軸端部に放熱のための放熱手段を備えたこ
とを特徴とする流量制御弁。
